Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using SabaCH (the Discord server list and the friend board, the "Service") provided by SYKT (the "Operator").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Logging in with Discord

You need to log in with your Discord account to list or edit servers, post on the friend board, and use other features.
Users of the Service must meet the requirements of the Discord Terms of Service, including the age requirements.
You are responsible for managing the account you use to log in.

Prohibitions

The following acts are prohibited when using the Service.

• Acts that violate laws or regulations
• Listing servers or posting friend requests that violate the Discord Terms of Service
• Acts contrary to public order and morals
• Infringing the rights of the Operator or third parties, or defaming third parties
• Impersonating others
• Posting personal information about yourself or others (address, phone number, school, etc.)
• Posts seeking romantic or sexual encounters, or the exchange of money or goods
• Voting multiple times using alternate accounts
• Automating the vote command or bumping
• Listing NSFW servers without the appropriate setting
• Providing false information
• Spam, such as repeatedly posting the same content for advertising
• Placing an excessive load on the Service or interfering with its operation
• Any other acts the Operator deems inappropriate

NSFW Servers

If your server's primary purpose is sharing NSFW content, you must check the 'NSFW Server' box on the server edit screen.
This is not required if NSFW content is limited to certain channels.

Friend board

Logged-in users can post one friend request about themselves on the friend board.

• Public posts can be viewed by anyone, including people who are not logged in.
• The Discord username, display name, avatar and banner shown on a post are taken from the account used to log in.
• The Service does not relay messages between users. Please contact each other on Discord.
• The Operator is not involved in and is not responsible for any interactions or disputes between users.
• You can make your post private or delete it at any time.

Posted information

• Users are responsible for the information they enter, such as server descriptions, tags and friend posts.
• The Operator may display and reproduce posted information free of charge to the extent necessary to provide and promote the Service.
• The Operator may make private, lock or delete posts that violate these Terms or that it deems inappropriate, without prior notice.
• If the bot is removed from a server, the server becomes private and its listing is deleted after 30 days (except servers locked by the Operator). If the bot is added again within 30 days, the listing is kept.

Advertising

The Service displays advertisements delivered by a third party (Google AdSense). The Operator is not responsible for the content of advertisements or for sites reached through them.

Disclaimers

The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Usage Restrictions

The Operator may restrict your use of the Service if you:

• Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Changes and Interruption of Service

The Operator reserves the right to change or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

Changes to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms.
Any changes will be announced on our official Discord server.
