By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

The Service collects the following information.

• Information about listed servers
  • Server ID, name, icon, banner and invite link
  • Statistics such as member and online counts
  • Descriptions and tags for each language and the visibility setting entered by server managers
• Information about users who log in with Discord
  • User ID, username, display name, avatar, banner and accent color
  • The list of servers you belong to (server ID, name, icon and permissions)
• Information posted on the friend board (display name, tags, about me, language, visibility and the time you bumped)
• The user ID of voters and the time of each vote
• Access information (IP address, browser information, and the time you logged in or edited server information)
• Information stored in cookies and your browser storage (local storage), such as your login state, display language and NSFW display setting

How we use information

We use the information for the following purposes.

• To provide the Service, including listing, displaying, searching and sorting servers and friend posts
• To keep you logged in and to determine which servers you manage
• To deal with fraudulent votes, impersonation and violations of the Terms
• To respond to inquiries
• To improve the Service by analyzing usage
• To deliver advertisements

Information sent to external services

The Service uses the following external services, and information is sent from your browser to each provider.

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): pages viewed, browser and device information, IP address, identifiers such as cookies. Used to analyze usage. Privacy Policy Opt out

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not provide the information to third parties except in the following cases.

• When publishing information that users posted for public display, such as server descriptions and friend posts, on the Service
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person
• When the user has consented
• When the Operator outsources part of its operations to a third party

Retention

• Login state (session): 30 days after your last visit
• Listed server information: while listed. If the bot is removed from a server, the information is deleted after 30 days (except servers locked by the Operator).
• Friend posts: until you delete them (except posts locked by the Operator)
• Vote records and access information: for as long as necessary to deal with abuse and operate the Service

Deleting and changing your information

• You can change a server's descriptions, tags and visibility at any time from the dashboard.
• You can make your friend post private or delete it at any time from the edit page.
• You can stop sending information for analytics and advertising by disabling cookies in your browser or by using each service's opt-out (some features may not work).
• For other requests to disclose, correct or delete information, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Operator may change this Policy.
We will announce important changes on the Service or on the official Discord server.
